We are located in Longmont, Colorado with our employees working in the areas of machining, warehouse, engineering, customer service, quality, materials, business operations, and more. SPC currently has openings for:

  • Machinist
    1st or 2nd shift - (1st is M-F, 6:30 am - 3:00 pm and 2nd is M-TH, 1:30 pm - Midnight with 30-minute unpaid meal breaks) - pay range of $20 - $29/hour plus $1/hour shift premium. Eligible for full-time employee benefits.
  • Machine Operator
    Full-time, 1st shift, with current shift schedule being M-F, 6:30 am – 3:00 pm (30-minute unpaid meal break)Duties will include running saw, robotic welder, learning and running CNC Machines. Pay range of $18 - $23/hour
  • Technician and Trainer
    Full-time, salaried position working on-site at our Longmont location during business hours of M-F, 8 am – 5 pm Travel estimated at approximately 50% primarily to distributor-supplied environments to conduct training. Duties for this position include development/maintaining instructional materials, training students in basic and advanced alignment concepts in a “shop”/classroom environment, answering technical support calls, researching and maintaining vehicle/parts application database. Pay range of $62,000 - $75,000/year
  • Warehouse Specialist (multiple positions)
    Full-time positions. Current shift schedule is M-F, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm (1-hours unpaid meal breaks). Pay range is $17 - $20/hour depending upon prior work experience, fit to the position, internal equity. Duties include, but not limited to, assembly, packaging, shipping, receiving, as well as tasks in the press area.
  • Jr. Graphic Designer / Production (part-time)
    This is a part-time position, working on-site at our Longmont location, ~20 hours per week during business hours, $18/hour. No benefits, other than mandatory, for this part-time position. Duties will include product photography, preparing instruction sheets, creating labels and vector line drawing graphics.

Specialty Product Company prefers but does not require employees to be or become fully vaccinated against COVID-19.  Drug testing, background check and professional references will also be required at the time of any employment offer and Ware pre-hire conditions of employment. A DMV check is also required pre-hire or upon hire if driving for the business will be a component of the job duties.
