We are located in Longmont, Colorado with our employees working in the areas of machining, warehouse, engineering, customer service, quality, materials, business operations, and more. SPC currently has openings for:

  • Machinist (1st and 2nd shift opportunities)
    1st shift – (M-F, 6:30 am – 3:-- pm with 30-minute unpaid meal breaks) and 2nd shift - (M-TH, 2:45 pm - 1:15 am with 30-minute unpaid meal breaks) - pay range of $20 - $29/hour plus $1/hour shift premium. Full-time employee benefits based upon eligibility.
  • Technician and Trainer
    Full-time, salaried position working on-site at our Longmont location during business hours of M-F, 8 am – 5 pm Travel estimated at approximately 50% primarily to distributor-supplied environments to conduct training. Duties for this position include development/maintaining instructional materials, training students in basic and advanced alignment concepts in a “shop”/classroom environment, answering technical support calls, researching and maintaining vehicle/parts application database. Pay range of $62,000 - $75,000/year
  • Senior Mechanical Engineer (Automotive)
    On-site position. Typical work schedule of M-F, 8-5 and as needed based on department/business requirements. Pay range: $80,000 - $95,000/year with eligibility for full-time benefits package.
  • Machine Operators (1st and 2nd shift)
    Full-time, 1st shift, with current shift schedule being M-F, 6:30 am – 3:00 pm (30-minute unpaid meal break) Entry level applicants may be considered for this position. Duties will include, not limited to, running saw, robotic welder, learning and running CNC Machines.

    Full-time, 2nd shift, with current shift schedule being M-TH, 2:45 pm – 1:15 am (30-minute unpaid meal break) We are seeking an applicant with prior experience for this position. Duties will include, not limited to, operating CNC Machines.

    Pay range of $18 - $23/hour. Additional $1/hour shift premium paid for 2nd shift

Drug testing, background check and professional references will also be required at the time of any employment offer and Ware pre-hire conditions of employment. A DMV check is also required pre-hire or upon hire if driving for the business will be a component of the job duties.
