TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Pricing (Effective September 1, 2022)
All prices and products are subject to change without notice. This price list is for reference only and is NOT our offer to sell products. All pricing listed in U.S. Dollars.
Terms
Net 30 days from date of invoice, payable in U.S. currency. No early pay discounts are allowed. A service charge of 1.5% per month will be added to all accounts past due.
Handling Charge
Handling charge of $5.00 will be added to all invoices under $50.00.
Freight
Freight is prepaid on orders above $800.00 shipped within the continental U.S.A. except Alaska and Hawaii.
Canada
Freight is prepaid on orders above $1,200.00. Orders to Canada will be shipped care of your customs broker.
Specialty Products is not responsible for duties, custom fees, taxes or other charges.
Choice of carrier and class of service for prepaid orders are at the discretion of Specialty Products Company.
Returns
Any items returned will only be accepted if accompanied by a Return Authorization number initiated by a SPC team member. Returns will be limited to 5% of the previous calendar year’s purchases. Goods returned must be listed on our current price sheet and in saleable condition.
Returns must be shipped prepaid and include copies of original invoices. In the case that an original invoice is not available, the lowest recorded price will be used. All returns, except for warrantable goods and shipment of incorrect merchandise, will be charged a 15% HANDLING AND RESTOCKING CHARGE. Items returned are subject to inspection and evaluation prior to credit being issued. We reserve the right to schedule processing of returns to correspond with factory efficiency. No returns will be processed at the factory between December 15 and January 1. Credit resulting from returns will be used towards payment on existing invoices or towards future purchases.
Claims
Claims for damages in transit are to be filed at once with the carrier. Shortage claims must be made within 10 days after receipt of goods.
